We have the Britax Companion and LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! We bought it before our fourth child was born. For the first three children we used a Graco infant seat, I believe a snugride - but I'm not positive. In any case, the Graco cannot even begin to compare to the safety, stability, ease of installation, and security that the Britax Companion offers. We were overwhelmingly impressed with it when it arrived but then thought - why should we be so surprised, it's Britax. We use the Britax booster seats and the Britax Marathon seats for our older children and have been very satisfied customers over the years. If it's not Britax - don't buy it! ;-)
